Through the custom-grade aluminium alloy shell, sandblasted oxidation treatment on the surface, and the anti-thermal expansion design of the internal modules, Jingpai maintains excellent stability and low noise level even at high speeds.

In high-speed operation scenarios, the wear and tear of the slip ring is always the bottleneck of the life span. LPC-24S-20KHS adopts gold-to-gold contact material, combined with JINPAT’s self-developed friction control process, to achieve the three major advantages of low impedance, low wear, and high conductivity between contacts, so that the overall life span of the slip ring can be up to more than 100 million revolutions, which dramatically reduces the maintenance cycle and lowers the operation cost.

The product supports 24 channels, which can realise the mixed transmission of power and signal to meet the composite demand of various industrial and scientific research applications. Each channel is independently shielded and optimised wiring, effectively avoiding electromagnetic interference and ensuring stable and reliable signals.
