JINPAT’s integrated signal series slip rings offer exceptional technical advantages, supporting up to six 3G-SDI signal channels to meet different signal requirements. With a wide operating voltage range from 0 to 48 VAC, these slip rings can be adapted to a variety of applications. They also feature a high rotational speed of up to 300 rpm, ensuring stable operation in dynamic environments. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +70°C, making them suitable for harsh environments, and they can operate in environments with relative humidity up to 95%. In addition, the electrical interference level is less than 15 Mohm, ensuring high quality signal transmission. These slip rings support 12G-SDI (4K) video transmission and are backward compatible, and feature a female HDMI connector. The USB2.0 protocol transfer speed is 480Mbps and USB3.0 protocol speed reaches 5Gbps, which enables simultaneous power and signal transfer, providing users with a versatile solution. These slip rings are widely used in high-speed data acquisition, photographic equipment, test turntables, video surveillance, virtual reality devices and film production, promoting digitalisation and smart development in all industries.

JINPAT has specifically designed the integrated slip rings to support up to eight channels of USB2.0 and three channels of USB3.0 signals. The higher number of USB2.0 channels is associated with fewer twisted pair combinations required, making impedance matching relatively simple. USB3.0 requires more twisted pairs, which places greater demands on impedance matching, slip ring diameter, and cable length control at both ends.
Among the various types of signals, Ethernet signals are widely used in conductive slip rings. For example, the LPT000-1002-U2-E3-HF02 is a high-precision slip ring that integrates power supply signals and high-frequency signals. It uses a special design and manufacturing process that allows the integrated power and high-frequency signals to operate independently of each other without interference, ensuring stable signal transmission. It can simultaneously transmit power, standard signals, industrial Ethernet signals, USB2.0 signals and high-definition video signals. Its key feature is the use of connectors or terminal blocks for easy and quick connection, ensuring stable and reliable operation without interference or packet loss.
