Among JINPAT Electronics’ slip ring products, the single slip ring is coded LPS. Given the special structure, the scope of its application is limited. And there are only a few standard models of individual JINPAT slip rings. Customers can request standard sliding rings with 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24 channels.
JINPAT slip ring is distinguished by its bodyless design. The stator fiber brush and Cooper ring are directly exposed to the outside. These appearance characteristics mean that individual slip rings must be installed in devices with a safer, dustier environment.
JINPAT’s individual slip rings have an ultra-compact and dense structure, and at the same time, they are ultra-light products. This means that JINPAT slip ring separators are an excellent choice for the aviation industry. Aircraft devices such as radar, antenna, attitude indicator, altitude indicator, and gyroscope, etc., require electrical slip rings.
Aside from some of the typical super miniature slip rings, the most popular are the individual slip rings. Take the LPS-12A standalone slip ring, for example. Standard models are designed to meet the requirements of certain aviation instruments. Slip rings of this type are mostly custom-made, as components for aircraft devices must meet strict requirements and have certain parameters.
Another model applied in aviation communications is the LPS095-0203-30S.
Given the special design of the friction pair without a housing, a separate sliding ring keeps the voltage below 240 VAC. And when such a slip ring model is used for an aircraft device, the operating voltage is maintained below 48VAC. The diameter of the through-hole in it reaches 95 mm. The outer diameter of LPS095-0203-30S is 118 mm, and the height is 85 mm.
